Drafted a defense memorandum before the Court of Appeal to uphold the Court of First Instance’s ruling holding the board members of a joint-stock company liable and obligating them to compensate the plaintiff shareholder KWD 800,000. The Court of Appeal affirmed the lower court’s judgment.
Reviewed and amended a credit limit agreement valued at KWD 45 million from a local bank in Kuwait for a publicly listed joint-stock company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
